I was inspired to create some containers for seedlings using some old drawers someone had thrown out on to the verge. They were painted with oil to weather proof them and their corners were strengthened with metal brackets. 

This is what grew in them when I filled them up with compost and worm castings. I didn’t plant a single seed or seedling.
