My new rental needs some love. This is how the front yard was left! Yep, we sure do live near the beach. Just didn't want to be living on it, as of yet! The poor earth. SO eroded. And not a plant in site to keep the sand from washing away.

But hey, this is what a FREE load of mulch from an arborist can do:
