3 Nov 2021 - one surviving chick

Our black chicken didn’t make it. Only one yellow. I definitely should have assisted sooner and so frustrated I got the humidity wrong. Traumatic!

Today I added 5 chicks I sourced from a neighbour 🙏

Sad the yellow one is solo, but she will get used to the others. It’s not easy being green 🐥

She’s a lot less stressed now 💖
