Our black chicken didn’t make it. Only one yellow. Added 5 other babies from a neighbour 🙏

After talking to the neighbour about it all, I’ve decided that helping a chick out of an egg is not a good idea, even though it’s hard to witness them not surviving

Sad the yellow one is solo, but he will get used to the others. It’s not easy being green 🐥

He’s a lot less stressed now 💖
